Liabilities & Indemnities

Employers Liability

Cover must be for a Minimum limit of indemnity of £5,000,000, although most insurers offer £10,000,000 as standard. Cover must be arranged in all cases, where there are full-time, part-time or casual employees or, where there is a “master-servant” relationship.
